During our work, the precise and large-scale drilling and cutting of reinforced concrete structures emerged as a constant need.

Since 2014, with our continuously expanding range of stand-mounted and handheld diamond drilling equipment, we have undertaken drilling holes from 50 mm to 500 mm in diameter.

In 2018, we expanded our machinery fleet with a diamond wall-cutting device, which has a maximum cutting depth of 730 mm.

Concrete cutting and drilling prices

The prices listed are for informational purposes only; the actual price will be determined based on specific parameters through customized pricing.

Concrete cutting per cut surface from 85,000 HUF + VAT/m².

Concrete drilling up to 200 mm diameter: (max. 400 mm depth, max. Ø 12 mm rebar) from 50,000 HUF + VAT/piece.

For dimensions exceeding 200 mm diameter, 400 mm depth, or Ø 12 mm rebar, customized pricing applies!

The prices for concrete cutting and drilling are also influenced by:

• the amount of rebar in the reinforced concrete structure;
• the quality and thickness of the reinforced concrete structure;
• the position of the reinforced concrete structure (floor, wall, ceiling, etc.), and the need for scaffolding;
• the quantity of cuts/m²;
• local deposition or removal of the resulting concrete pieces/debris.

Our prices do not include: the handling of technological "runoff" water; the removal of brick or reinforced concrete debris; or costs of subsequent restoration, e.g., plastering, and painting. Travel costs: as per individual agreement.

Concrete cutting and concrete drilling work can be executed with the following machines:

HILTI DIAMOND WALL SAW DS TS20

Applications:

• cutting facades, partition walls, openings, doors, and windows;
• dismantling walls, ceilings, and concrete structures during demolition work;
• level cutting in all directions.

Our HILTI DS TS20 wall saw has a maximum cutting depth of 730 mm.

HILTI DIAMOND DRILLING EQUIPMENT DD 110, DD 120, DD 150, DD 250

Applications:

• stand-mounted wet drilling in concrete for pipe penetrations, cable trays, and conduits, as well as for the installation of railings and fences;
• hand-guided wet drilling for large-diameter anchors and steel structures;
• hand-guided dry drilling in brick structures for pipe penetrations in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning installations, as well as chimney and stove installations.

With our HILTI DD 110, DD 120, DD 150, and DD 250 diamond drills, we can undertake drilling up to a maximum diameter of 500 mm.
